With the weather we have been having, I have found it harder to stay on my daily routine. Even work has become more of a chore than usual. It’s times like these that we must dig deeper for the energy and commitment to complete daily training. I find that always looking toward the goal helps to keep me focused on this. Also, knowing that I am certainly not alone in feeling this way, especially given the circumstances. Remembering WHY we are on this journey and realizing that there will be many obstacles along the way. It’s the only way to overcome the pitfalls. The path to victory is never easy, and anything worth fighting for is almost always difficult. At the finish line, it will all pay off in the end.

I can relate to how you feel. I like to look at my progress every day. It helps me feel like l am getting a little closer to that goal. Take it day by day. On the days you are tired go to karate. I guarantee you will feel better after the class. I do.
Thank you Elan! It’s great to have such awesome people to share this journey with.
I can definitely sympathize with how you feel!
