AP score came out on monday, and I am very happy with my score. I only took one AP class this year, compared to the three that I took last year, and I am really happy that I only took one AP. I took AP calc BC, which is the hardest class that my school offers. The teacher that teaches it also teaches ap stats, which I am taking next year, so hopefully the preparation for stats is just as good as it is for bc. I got a five on the exam, which is the highest score you can get, and I am very happy with that. When I took the test back in may, I was a little worried, since after I finished, I thought that the test was way too easy. This meant either one of two things. Either, I was well prepared and the test was just really easy, or, I did really bad and just thought that it was really easy. Thankfully it was former, and did figure why this was. When you view the ap score for calc bc it also gives a sub score for calc ab, since ab material makes up about 60% of the test material. This is really helpful if you had taken a whole year of ab, and then a whole year of bc, since you really learn the information more. I do know some people that just take bc and use the ab subscore to send to colleges. I don’t really think that this is a good way to take ap calc, since the BC material is already difficult, even if you know the ab material really well. Thankfully I did really well, and I am very proud of that, since I thought I wasn’t going to get a five.

Congratulations on not only passing, but getting a 5 on your ap math test. That is certainly an accomplishment. That is one less class to take in college.
