Counting Blessings

What started as a long and stressful week turned out to be a great weekend. I was able to spend time with friends and family and got to do a lot of fun things. What else in life can we ask for? It’s easy to feel overwhelmed and down about a difficult week but remembering that like really could be a whole lot worse helps me keep things in perspective and actually cheers me up.  I am very thankful for the people I have in my life and should always remember them when things get tough. Another thing I am thankful for is my health and the ability to enjoy all these things. I think everyone should take time recognize what blessings they have regularly.

My current Challenge progress as of January 9, 2025.

  1. I am glad you have such wonderful friends and family. They will always be there for you when you need especially after a hard week. It is great to be healthy because being sick or injured is a bummer. I know from experience recently this year.
