    Seems fitting to join this group on Master Shimabuku’s birthday. Some of the events in the challenge are not practical for me as I do not have access to regular sparring partners or a makiwara. I used to run 4-5 miles a day but got diagnosed with osteoarthritis and was told by my doctor to stop running if I want to preserve my knees. I would like to enter the challenge in three areas: Push-ups (Knuckle), Sit-ups, and Kata. Would that be ok?
