I started going back to the gym. The goal is to go Monday-Saturday in the mornings. I have been going for about a week now. I am working on physical therapy exercises for my knee and my shoulder. I feel like I am getting stronger day by day. I know I need to pace myself. If I try and do too much too soon, I will injure myself again, and that is the last thing I want to do. But I am very excited to be making the first steps.
