Nutrition has always been a struggle for me. I try to meal prep when I can. Sometimes my work schedule or extended hours makes it hard to keep up with healthy eating habits. Now that I am weight training, more than ever I need to balance that with good eating habits. I have been working on meal prepping for breakfast and lunch. I have also been making “healthy” snack options that are “on-the-go” ready. The three things I am focusing on is my water intake, protein intake, and staying away from junk food. So far, I am doing good. Its easier for me to stay on track with nutrition when I am working out. It doesn’t make sense to put all the effort into working out if I jeopardize my progress by eating junk.

Sensei knows a lot about nutrition. He can help you if you talk to him about it.
