School Fundraisers

My senior class has been raising money for our big trip to Universal Studios at the end of the year all throughout high school but this year we will really need to focus on that because we need to raise a couple thousand more dollars to pay for the bus and other expenses all while making it cheaper for everyone too. This year just in the first couple weeks we have had to fundraisers that raised us a lot of money so far. First at the middle school orientation our class hosted a car wash where the parents and anyone else could get a car wash by the seniors. We also sold chips and drinks to raise some extra money as well. I think it was a really fun bonding event for everyone and we will be doing another one soon too. Our second fundraiser was selling chocolate. Everyone in our class got a box of 60 chocolate bars that they had to sell for $1 each. We could sell them to family, friends, neighbors, or anyone really. My school has done this same chocolate fundraiser and I never participated until this year, I already sold 2 boxes and hopefully a couple more before the fundraiser ends. Me and my friends will come up with more fundraisers to earn more money by the end of the year so we can make sure everyone can afford to go on the big trip.
