For all you math people out there, feel free to correct my attempt at being clever with the title. I just wanted to reflect on the push-ups and sit ups requirement for the blackbelt test. I am getting what I thought was over the daily allotment done nearly every day and I only feel I’m right where I need to be, possibly even a little behind. Along with the other requirements and work getting much busier, it gets difficult to stay afloat with everything. I’ve always done push-ups and sit ups as part of my workouts, but I am humbled by this black belt test. It is quite a bit more difficult than I anticipated. I’ll just have to ramp it up. We got this!
