Yesterday marked the 100th day of our black belt tests. Because of that I want to reflect a little bit on my first 100 days. This time was most definitely about ironing out the routine for me. Prior to the start of my test I was doing some pushups and situps to prepare, but before I was given the opportunity I wasn’t doing that. These first 100 days have been absolutely crucial for getting a routine where I can get all of my requirements for the day done. Some things still need work. I think that this is my 10th blog post, which is quite a bit behind. Blog posts are the thing now for me that needs improving. Now I am trying to get 2 out every sunday until I am back on track with the blog posts. I posted 3 yesterday, but there is still a lot of work to do to get back on track with the blog posts. I am also a little bit behind with miles, but a lot of days in the past 2 months have had too much rain for me to get out on my bike or run. My plan to get back on track for the miles is to first, get in extra miles over school breaks when I have more time to bike, walk, or run, and then get some rest after. I still have red zero books. Which is also a bit behind. I’m looking to start ready soon. For all of the things I have just mentioned for things I am behind on, there is still a lot of time left in the test to get back to where I need to be. There are 295 days remaining in the test as I write this. Hopefully I can iron out my procrastination issues in the next 100 days, and just be completely ironed out by the end of the test.

It sounds like you have a good plan to catch up. As you said we have 295 days left. Just try to keep up every week once you catch up. Then it will not be so much to do all at once. Watch Cooper’s last few blogs. He has great advise.
