I have been waking up between 4-430 for a few weeks now. The first week wasn’t too bad. Week two and three, I was hating life. This is week four, and I finally feel like my body has adjusted to waking up early. I get to the gym by 5 and get my workout knocked out. By 6 am, I feel pretty accomplished for the day and that motivation carries me through the rest of my day.
