Ringing in yet another year! This year will be truly unique for myself and my fellow black belt candidates. We are all going through significant physical, mental, and spiritual changes. I view this as a great opportunity for growth. Personally, I want to commit to better health and wellness. Eat healthy, get adequate sleep, keep up my exercise routine, and enhance my mind. These are things we should all commit to. Most people with New Years resolutions will “fall off” by February statistically and I’ve certainly been victim of this myself in the past. I truly hope to make changes and keep those changes. Happy New Year to all!

Hi sir, I am going to significantly reduce sweets, high fat foods, alcohol, etc and also try to cook more. Not go out to eat as much.
