Reflecting on the Year

As we barely finish Thanksgiving and move into the Christmas season, I look forward to the new coming year. This year has been a trial for many reasons. There’s been lots of good things, however. I had many amazing experiences this year and created many memories. Also, I reflect on my black belt test training and am proud of making it this far. There’s also been many hurtles to overcome this year as well. Dealing with loss, job stress, financial setbacks, etc. I have always been taught, and tried to live, “what doesn’t kill you, makes you stronger”. I do believe that struggles and hardship make us better and stronger overall. As long as we never give up and persevere, we can handle anything that comes our way.

My current Challenge progress as of December 22, 2024.
