Staying Motivated

After an amazing trip abroad, I have been having difficulty getting back into the swing of things as far as training, and even work. Especially with my knee injury, I am hesitant to get back into things fully so as not to injure myself fully. Although it’s been getting better, there are definitely good days and not as good days. It’s definitely discouraging but I have to try my best. I’ve come this far already and a lot of people have been supporting me throughout my entire black belt journey. I am encouraged by how motivated I have been to keep trying. I know all the hard work will pay off in the end.

  1. We are in the home stretch. Your numbers look good for finishing the challenge. Some of them you have already completed over 100%. That’s wonderful. Rest you knee so it can heal. Don’t stress about sparring because you are talented in. Do what you can and keep on going. That is what I do.
