Trip to Oakland

My family and I take a lot of trips around California but my favorite is when we go get to see baseball games. I’ve been going to see sports games with my family since I was born and I’ve always enjoyed them, we’ve seen the Giants, Yankees, A’s, Diamondbacks, and Padres. This trip we went to go see the Oakland A’s for the very last time at their home stadium in Oakland. After this year they will be moving stadiums to come to Sacramento so at least they will be close but I will miss being able to drive out to another city to see them which is a special experience. They were playing against the New York Yankees which is my mom’s favorite team. Unfortunately the A’s didn’t win against them but at least I got to see them one last time in their home stadium they’ve been playing in since 1968. I always love to walk around the stadiums and try all the baseball food they have. My mom loves to be as close to home plate as possible to take the best pictures and they are the best seats because it’s like we are sitting right next to the players on the field.
