About a week into the challenge… Creating a schedule and time frames is where I am struggling right now. The sudden change in physical activity has caused some old injuries to flare up a bit, but I’m hoping to get that under control. Trying to take things day by and not get frustrated. Making as much progress as I can each day, and One More, when I can. I’m happy to be on this journey and excited to learn and improve.
