Life Update

There aren’t a whole lot of new things going on in my life recently, so I’m just going to use this blog as an update for how I am doing on my test. My pushups and situps have been going very well. I am able to do those every night while I am at home, and since I have been doing it for months now, my body is very used to it and I can get them done fairly quickly. My miles have been going well because I have been doing them almost every day in my neighborhood on the days that I don’t have work after school. On those bike rides I can usually get anywhere from five to ten miles. The kata and makiwara have been a little bit more difficult because I have to be in the dojo to complete, but overall I am doing pretty well on those. My sparring also has to be completed in the dojo, but it is a lot easier for me to get my minutes in on my sparring then it is for my kata. I also go to two sparring classes every week which definitely helps with getting those numbers up. I will keep this updated with my numbers as best as I can and do another update about it soon!
