Today is exactly three months until test day. I am making great progress on my black belt challenge. I have already finished the milage, but will continue to do it. If I continue to do everything daily, weekly, and monthly I will finish this challenge on time. I am excited about being able to complete this challenge. I am also nervous about finishing it and facing that day. This week during one of the classes I had to modify what I did. Everyone did jump rope and I did step burpees. I could not do jump rope because of my ankle injury. I wore an ankle brace and still did class. This black belt challenge had taught me to push through obstacles, make accommodations, and continue to train even when it is difficult at the time. I look forward to the next three months because it is part of me now. I will continue to grow and change from this journey.
