Prom 2024

Last Friday was my schools prom night and I’m a little disappointed to say that it wasn’t a very fun prom. My school is very small so obviously that means that our prom is going to very small as well. Instead of having a prom for each grade like other high schools we have one big high school prom which already isn’t fun with other grades. But unfortunately there aren’t enough kids in each grade to have their own prom. Last year for sophomore year was fun because they had good music, great food, and there weren’t as many strict rules as this year. This year they had certain seating sections for each grade but they didn’t have enough seats for the juniors so me and my 2 guests that I brought had to sit with the freshman which I thought was really unfair. Also this year’s food and music wasn’t nearly as good as last year which was a real bummer. Hopefully if I go to prom next year it will be better.
