This week I was able to go on a family trip down to Huntington Beach southern California to visit some family. It was super fun being able to reconnect with people I haven’t seen for months, be able to enjoy the beach, and enjoy that high 70 degree weather. It also gave me the opportunity to walk a ton. During the trip I went to Six Flag, Magic Mountain, and if you’ve ever been to a theme park before you know there is a lot of walking. Also we walked on the beach, around main street, and I did some swimming in the ocean and pool. So on top of the trip being super fun I was able to get my miles up, have a good time, and see family.
We are around the half way point for my test and after taking a look at the log where I track my progress I am a little more than halfway on each category, so that means I’m not behind. But as I mention in my previous blog sense summer is here it is going to be more difficult to get my stuff in. Especially miles when its 105 outside, it really kills your motivation to do it. But I know I will prevail!
Great visit Lucas. Always fun to have you guys. Halfway point for your black belt, good job with keeping up. Love G
