I am glad you have such wonderful friends and family. They will always be there for you when you need especially after a hard week. It is great to be healthy because being sick or injured is a bummer. I know from experience recently this year.

You are not alone in how you feel. Classes are getting more intense. My fear for the test is real. I feel like I am going beyond my boundaries of comfort especially in bear knuckle sparring. Some days I don’t sleep well. I just keep going to class trying to do my best. I am here if you need to talk.
