    • Great job on eating healthier. Treat yourself to a treat once in a while during the day. Then you won’t feel like you are depriving yourself. If it is earlier in the day it won’t effect your sleep. I have the same sleep problems if I eat a dessert in the evenings. I just eat it the next day in the daytime.
