@eclark, I'll be honest, I'm a little wary when people come to the dojo after training somewhere else. It's really important to me that students fit in with our school's culture. When they come from somewhere else, people often bring a lot 'baggage' with them from their old dojo...
@brodyhocking20, we are very lucky to have the dojo community that we have. I've been to a lot of schools, and very few have the supportive group that we do. Thank you for being such a big part of it.
@lucas-g, You showed great technique and spirit in your test. You're right, that test wasn't easy. If it were easy, anyone would do it, and we don't want just anyone getting a black-belt in our dojo. This one was most definitely earned. Welcome to the club.
