    • Olivia! Don’t be discouraged. This is a very long journey that begins with first (and small) steps. Some days you’ll fall behind, others you’ll be ahead. It’s all part of it. The key is never giving up and giving it your best. You got this

    • It is good that you are doing a little bit of extra push ups and sit ups. It does give you some wiggle room if you miss a day of doing them. Some days you may not be able to do them because you are very sick or injured. It is all part of the test. This test is an entire year. Try to remember that and not stress about the numbers. Do what you can on a daily basis. You will get there with your determination.
