State Fair

On July 26th I went to the State Fair! The State Fair is my favorite part of summer because I LOVE roller coasters and rides. My favorite ride at the fair is this really really tall ride with 4 seats at either end. I can’t remember the actual name of the ride. I think I went on that ride 7 times this year. I don’t like going on the Zipper ride because I get really nauseous on it.
Aside from the rides, I watched a really cool circus act called the Shanghai Circus. There was this one woman who did tricks with hula hoops and this other woman who was a contortionist. It was really cool to see all of the different talents. After being outside in the heat for a while, I cooled off by going inside some of the exhibits they offered. My favorite was the animal exhibit! I saw otters, raccoons, lemurs, capybaras, and reindeer. I’m gonna be honest, I thought reindeers were mythical creatures like unicorns… 
Overall, the fair this year was very fun and I’m excited to go next year!
