As it nears the end of Christmas break talk of school floats around and that dreaded feeling sinks in that the 2 weeks off that at first seemed so long are coming to an end. But that also means I can get back into a routine, and that will help give me some peace of mind. To get my miles in everyday I ride my bike to school every morning. It may be cold, freezing actually, but it’s a great way to wake yourself up, it also dries my hair. But even if its raining a little water never hurt no one, so I will put on my rain coat and make my way to school. Sadly my sleep schedule will need to be fixed because I don’t think staying up to around 2 everyday will be very healthy if I have to wake up at 6. The push-ups and sit-ups have been getting easier and I feel a lot less sore everyday, which is great. Also I think form doing these my body have developed some physical changes so that’s pretty cool as well! Well I hope January will be a good month.
