The first book I completed is called Happiness and it was written by Thich Nhat Hanh. This book mainly talks about the different types of meditation like breathing, walking, sitting, bowing, eating, and so on. It also talks a lot about bringing yourself into the present moment so you can enjoy life as much as possible without any worries about the past or future. This book has taught me that there is no reason to be mad or angry at anything, there have been a couple events in my life in the last few months that would have caused me to be angry but I just practiced my breathing and meditation and stayed calm throughout the entire situation. I’m very grateful for this book and I hope to read more books by this author because he has lots of experience in meditation and staying in the present moment.

I am reading You Are Here by Thich Nhat Hanh. It has similar ideas. I think you will like reading it.
@brodyhocking20, Thich Nhat Hanh is truly one of the best when it comes to conveying the art of mindfulness. He cuts through the trappings and gets right to heart of the matter.
