    • That is great that you are doing bike riding with your dad to get miles. It is an excellent way to gain mileage, exercise, and enjoy the outdoors. It is not easy to do it when it is cold or hot. This challenge is not easy but, you are doing it. Keep up the hard work.

    • Meditation is something I have had difficulty doing. The book You Are Here by Thich Nhat Hahn is an excellent book that talks about meditation. It helped me get better at meditation. I recommend reading it because it has excellent insights about meditation.
