I know about injuries. I just pulled a muscle in my back which hurts a lot. It makes doing pushups, crunches, and kata very challenging. My ankle is still swollen. I feel the pressure as we get closer. As you say we can only do our best. Take it easy. Rest, ice, and elevate your knee. I hope it heals quickly. I think it will because you are healthy. Have a great trip if I don’t see you before you leave.
