    • This heat is really uncomfortable. I can understand how hard it is to train and sleep in the heat. I try to do everything in the early morning so when it is hot I can just relax. If you miss days of training you can make them up on the weekend or cooler days. Your numbers look good so you don’t need to stress about missing a day or two of training.
