You really took the ball and ran with this! Thank you for spreading our karate out into the community and teaching self-defense! Being able to host a class like this on short notice is a testament to your understanding of the techniques and to your many hours of participating in similar classes that we have hosted over the years. Congratulations on placing first in the kata tournament. It is a great picture of you and Avi with your metals. I have competed in many tournaments. Some tournaments I have not won a metal and some I have won medals. It is a great feeling of accomplishment when you finally win first place. Enjoy it.
