This test may be one of the most difficult tests you ever take. I understand everything you are going through. Make sure to take time for yourself to remain healthy. It is okay to not do everything everyday. Some days your body just needs to rest. It’s not a mountain if it is not steep. Keep on working towards your long term goal. You will get there one day and one step at a time. I will support you 100% of the way there.

You really took the ball and ran with this! Thank you for spreading our karate out into the community and teaching self-defense! Being able to host a class like this on short notice is a testament to your understanding of the techniques and to your many hours of participating in similar classes that we have hosted over the years. I am glad you have found food that you can eat through out the day. That will help you maintain your energy level all day. You have so much extra exercise to do every day and food equals energy to do that. I think we all experienced different hurdles to get through during the challenge. You are figuring out ways to overcome come those hurdles. Keep it up.
