That’s great that you visit another dojo to train at. There is so much to learn in karate. It is good to get a different prospective from different teachers. I can see why your numbers a high on kumite.

We are in the home stretch. Your numbers look good for finishing the challenge. Some of them you have already completed over 100%. That’s wonderful. Rest you knee so it can heal. Don’t stress about sparring because you are talented in. Do what you can and keep on going. That is what I do.
