    • Meditation is something I have had difficulty doing. The book You Are Here by Thich Nhat Hahn is an excellent book that talks about meditation. It helped me get better at meditation. I recommend reading it because it has excellent insights about meditation.

    • I hope you did well on your finals. Try not to put so much stress on being a straight A student. You are very busy with working at the dojo and the challenge. That doesn’t give you the same amount of time to study as in the past. Learning to balance all of it is a great lesson.
